Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £50 for weddings or £10pp for events is required to secure your booking.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
This deposit holds the event date and is deducted from the final balance due on your event date.
2. Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the service, prior to the commencement of the styling.
Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.
Prices are subject to change; however, the price agreed upon at the time of booking will be honored.
3. Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply.
Travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
4. Additional Services:
If, during the provision of the agreed-upon services, there is a need for additional services beyond the pre-agreed timeline, the client will be informed promptly. Any additional services delivered beyond the agreed timeline will be subject to additional charges.
If the artist is required to stay on past the pre-agreed timeline, the standard hourly rate of £95 per artist will be apply.
The client will be provided with an estimate of the additional charges before the commencement of the additional services, whenever feasible.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit but incur no further charges.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
In the unlikely event that the stylist must cancel, the deposit will be refunded in full, and every effort will be made to find a replacement stylist.
6. Changes to Booking
Any changes to the booking (e.g., change of location, number of people) must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Additional services requested on the day of the event are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
7. Client Responsibility
The client must ensure all participants arrive with clean, blow-dried hair unless otherwise specified.
Any specific requirements or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Stylist Responsibility
The stylist agrees to provide services to the best of their ability and in accordance with professional standards.
The stylist will arrive on time and equipped with all necessary tools and products.
9. Liability
The stylist is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the use of styling products, provided that all known allergies were disclosed prior to the event.
The stylist is not responsible for any damage to clothing or accessories during the styling process.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, or extreme weather.
11. Photographs and Marketing
The stylist may take photographs of the finished hairstyle for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

13. Hair Extensions Rental
A security deposit of £60.00 is required for the rental of hair extensions. This deposit will be fully refunded to you upon the successful return of the rented hair extensions, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Period: The hair extensions must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.

Condition Upon Return: The hair extensions must be washed, thoroughly dried, and returned in the original packaging box provided.

Return Method: A pre-paid postal envelope for returns will be provided to you. You are responsible for ensuring the secure and timely dispatch of the hair extensions using this provided envelope.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions, including but not limited to returning the hair extensions after the thirty (30) day period or returning them in a condition other than washed and dried in the original box, may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
