Returns FAQ
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
The return request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include your order ID and reason for returns.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging - add a note including your name and order number (without this, will delay returns process).

Ship the return package to the address provided by me. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
